eBooking Registration Guide

Create an account by visiting iamsick.ca directly and click “Join” or by clicking the Join button:

Enter your full first and last names, your email, and set a password.

Click I am a patient and have a clinic rostering access code. and enter your access code you received in this email.
Please note: this access code is a onetime use only and can’t be shared).
If you have more than one email to register and require an access code, please email the clinic at support@drsamirassad.ca to request one.

Click “Sign up”.

You will receive an account confirmation email to the email address that you signed up with. If you do not see it, check your “Spam” folder.
Your account must be confirmed within 12 hours of creating it.

If you already created an account, completed the steps above and you just need to enter your access code, Log in to https://www.iamsick.ca/en/users/sign_in and enter the access code in the box Have a clinic access code? in the My Clinics section on the left hand side of the page and click Submit.

You can now book your appointments online! Create a bookmark for your clinic's eBooking URL in your web browser.
Alternatively, you can access your clinic's eBooking page by visiting https://www.drsamirassad.ca or by signing in to https://www.iamsick.ca/en/users/sign_in, clicking on “Account”, clicking on “My Appointments”, and clicking on “Schedule an appointment” under your clinic's name in the My Clinics section on the left hand side of the page.
